About Me

  • I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling truly heard and understood. My passion for therapy comes from a deep appreciation for human connection and the courage it takes to open up about life’s struggles. Because therapy can feel vulnerable, I work from a person-centered approach that focuses on creating a safe and supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are.

In our work together, I strive to meet you where you are in your healing journey while also encouraging growth and meaningful change. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I aim to support you while also helping you challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck, so you can move toward the life and relationships you want.

I also work with couples and draw from principles of the Gottman Method, a research-based approach that helps partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. My work is further informed by attachment theory and a trauma-informed perspective, helping individuals and couples better understand how past experiences can shape present relationship patterns.

Inclusion and accessibility are central to my work. Through my experience in community mental health and behavioral health agencies serving underserved populations, I developed a deep commitment to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. Everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, respected, and supported.

My clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and relationship challenges. Whether you are seeking support for personal healing or hoping to strengthen your relationship, I strive to create a warm and collaborative environment where growth and healing can happen.

When you feel ready to begin, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
