Couples Therapist

About Me

  • The complexities of relationships can feel overwhelming, especially when challenges begin to outpace connection and understanding. As your therapist, I’m here to walk alongside you—offering steady support, guidance, and perspective as you and your partner work to heal, grow, and move forward together.

With a strong foundation in couples therapy, I have extensive experience helping partners address a wide range of relational challenges, including complex trauma, co-occurring disorders, and the day-to-day stressors of family life. My personal journey as a foster and adoptive parent has deepened my insight into the unique pressures that caregiving, parenting high-needs children, and navigating blended family dynamics can place on a relationship.

In addition to my work with couples, I also support individuals facing grief, loss, infertility, depression, and struggles with body image and self-worth. These experiences allow me to hold space for both partners' individual journeys, recognizing how personal challenges often intersect with relationship dynamics.

My approach is rooted in the belief that even the most difficult moments can be transformed into opportunities for deeper connection and growth. Together, we’ll work to uncover the patterns that keep you stuck, build practical tools for communication and understanding, and help you rediscover a sense of peace, trust, and unity in your relationship.
