About Me

Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of our lives, but they can also become a source of frustration, hurt, and disconnection. Couples may find themselves having the same arguments repeatedly, struggling to communicate, feeling emotionally distant, or wondering how to rebuild trust and closeness. Therapy can provide a space to step outside of those patterns and begin understanding one another in a different way.
I approach couples therapy with empathy, curiosity, and respect for both partners. My goal is to create an environment where each person feels heard and where difficult conversations can happen with greater safety and understanding. Rather than taking sides, I work to help couples identify the patterns that keep them stuck and explore new ways of responding to one another.
Together, we can work on improving communication, increasing emotional awareness, addressing unresolved hurt, and strengthening the connection between you. I believe meaningful change often begins when partners are able to better understand not only what they are arguing about, but also the emotions, needs, and experiences underneath those interactions.
My clinical background has also included working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, and significant life challenges, as well as individuals involved with the judicial system. These experiences have helped me develop a deeper appreciation for how stress, past experiences, and personal struggles can affect relationships and the ways people connect with those closest to them.
Every relationship has its own history, strengths, and challenges. I strive to meet couples without judgment and to provide a collaborative space where both partners can gain greater clarity, feel more understood, and work toward a healthier and more meaningful relationship.
