About Me
-
Relationships are central to our lives—and when they’re strained, everything else can feel out of balance. Whether you're struggling to communicate, feeling emotionally distant, or working to rebuild after a breach of trust, you don’t have to navigate it alone. As a couples therapist, I’m here to help you and your partner find your way back to connection and understanding.
I specialize in couples therapy and marriage counseling, helping partners move through conflict, deepen emotional intimacy, and strengthen their foundation. Each relationship is unique, and I tailor my approach to fit your goals, values, and shared vision for the future—whether you’re rebuilding after a difficult season or simply looking to grow closer.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practices and a collaborative, client-centered approach. I focus on creating a safe space where both partners feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, we’ll work toward practical, lasting change that supports the relationship you both want to build.
In addition to couples work, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance use, and major life transitions. My clinical experience includes working with adults in psychiatric settings and supporting individuals in crisis, including those on the front lines as first responders.
Wherever you are in your relationship, I’m here to walk alongside you—helping you move forward with clarity, compassion, and connection.
